Travel Details:
Fuel is included for the first 15 miles from South Molton; beyond that, it’s 45 p per mile.
Booking Requirements:
To ensure your horse receives the full attention it deserves, please have them ready for measuring at the scheduled time. This allows us to start promptly, giving us time to focus on the perfect fit while you select your rope colour and discuss your horse’s specific needs.

Onsite Fitting:
Since measurements are taken by me on-site, and the fit is agreed upon at the time of fitting, refunds cannot be provided. I will make the halter a little snug to start with as the knots will give and settle in time. However, if the halter’s size changes significantly due to knot movement, please feel free to reach out. I’m happy to assist with adjustments over the phone or via a video call. If further alterations are needed, you may return the halter for adjustments at no extra cost, though return postage will be covered by the customer.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, there will be no charge if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. However, if the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
